PEI's Precision products offer industrial designers and electrical, mechanical and design engineers at myriad OEMs the opportunity to create precision parts at competitive prices. Our history of engineering excellence insures that your concept and design will be understood, with our design staff offering photo-etching expertise that can add value or cut cost on your project.
Assisted by a Gerber Crescent 30 laser photo plotter, the latest in PC hardware and AutoCAD 2000 software, the precision tooling department creates production photo-tooling in as little as 45 minutes. Customer drawings and / or drawing files are carefully recreated, compensated and checked throughout the process.
When you fax your project specifications to our Precision Division you are assured an accurate quote and return call within 24 hours. Whether your job calls for lead frames, heat sinks, screens or armatures, PEI has the experience to do the job on time and on budget.
Several years ago, PEI became involved with the etching of pure titanium to create anodes and cathodes for the domestic and international fuel cell market. Since then, using the experience gathered over the years, PEI has become the leading expert in etching titanium and other exotic materials for a broad variety of applications. |
For almost half of the company's history, PEI has dedicated an entire department to the daily etching of lids for seam weldable microelectronic packages.
Our dedication to this specialty market has resulted in PEI earning a reputation as the best quality competitively priced lid available today.
